Three counties are run from here — Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie — and they are a genuinely different roofing environment from the two southern ones. What number reaches the Jupiter office?
561-559-7663. That is the northern line. Miami has its own number, 305-642-7663. Both appear in the footer of every page here, and neither is a forwarding number dressed up as a local presence somewhere we do not have an office.
Which counties are worked from Jupiter?
Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie — from Jupiter and the Town of Palm Beach north through Stuart, Sewall’s Point, Palm City and Jensen Beach to Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. Miami-Dade and Broward are worked from the Miami office instead.
Is the northern area under the same roofing rules as Miami?
No. The High Velocity Hurricane Zone covers Miami-Dade and Broward only. Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties sit outside it, and their requirements come from the Florida Building Code as adopted and administered by each local building department. For what applies to a specific address, that department is the authority.
Do you come out to the property, or do I come to you?
We come to you. A roof cannot be estimated from a desk, so the assessment happens at your building; the office is where the permit paperwork, scheduling and project records live. Call before driving over — the people you need are usually on a roof.
Are there other Perkins offices in the northern counties?
