Dean Perkins learned roofing from his grandfather, and that hands-on passion for the trade is what he built Perkins Roofing Corp. on in 1980. What started as one crew has grown into a company with offices in Miami and Jupiter, covering 6 South Florida counties from Monroe County to St. Lucie County. South Florida roofs face a different set of demands than roofs almost anywhere else — heat, humidity, wind-driven rain, and the annual test of hurricane season. Building a company here for more than 45 years has meant learning those demands first-hand, on real roofs, one job at a time.

Perkins Roofing Corp. is led today by Tim Kanak, President since January 1, 2023. Tim is the licensed qualifier on the company's Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license, CCC1331944, which you can check on the state's license lookup.
