Nothing on this site is a binding estimate, quote, or contract — an actual estimate is provided directly by our team after reviewing your property.

When you submit our contact form, you're asking us to reach out to you about roofing work. That information is stored and used as described in our privacy policy. Please provide accurate contact information so we can actually follow up with you.

The program name is Perkins Roofing Corp. Customer Communications. We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but roofing details, pricing, and availability can change. Nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for speaking directly with our team about your specific property.

The roof calculator finds your address with the Esri ArcGIS World Geocoder and shows the property on Esri World Imagery, an overhead satellite map. When it is available, Perkins' server also asks the Google Solar API for building geometry to estimate mapped roof-plane surface, pitch and orientation automatically; otherwise you trace the roof yourself. A complete building footprint may be used to scale incomplete modeled roof coverage. The result can identify a nearby building, rely on older imagery, or omit overhangs, penetrations, additions and other field conditions. It is a planning estimate—not a survey, takeoff, appraisal, proposal or guarantee. Confirm the building and use a current professional measurement before ordering materials or contracting for work.

The coastal checker matches the address with the Esri ArcGIS World Geocoder, with a clearly labeled U.S. Census Bureau address-range fallback when Esri cannot confirm a close enough match. It uses OpenStreetMap shoreline data and the U.S. Geological Survey NHDPlus High Resolution service to suggest the nearest mapped SeaOcean/BayInlet boundary, then shows an overhead Esri World Imagery satellite map so you can visually review or correct the roof and water points. These sources do not determine whether water is salt or brackish and may omit relevant canals, marshes, tributaries or waterbodies. Source hydrography, shoreline data, satellite imagery and coordinates can be incomplete, delayed or imprecise. The resulting distance is an automatic or customer-adjusted planning estimate, not a survey, warranty determination, product approval or legal opinion. Confirm the exact assembly and warranty in writing with the manufacturer before relying on it.

The satellite maps on this site, including the service-area maps, use Esri services under the Esri Master Agreement; imagery credit is shown on each map. OpenStreetMap data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database License. The Google Solar API measurement is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

The customer-review panel uses Google Maps Platform content under the same Google terms. Dated fallback ratings are snapshots, not promises of a current score. Live review excerpts are selected and ordered by Google, not by Perkins, and the complete original source controls if anything on this website differs from Google Maps.
