What we collect
When you submit the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your name, and whichever of email or phone number you provide, plus any service you select and any message you write. If you voluntarily use the coastal metal-roof checker or automatic roof-surface estimator, you also enter a property address and may mark a roof point and water-edge point on an aerial map. There is no account creation and we do not collect payment details through this website. If you choose to use the insurance cash planner, the documents you select may contain names, property addresses, policy and claim numbers, coverage limits, deductibles, estimates, payment information and other details contained in those documents.
The Google customer-review panel
The compact Google reviews control is available across this website. It shows dated public fallback figures without contacting Google. If you open the panel or visit the customer-reviews page, the browser may request the current branch rating, review count and up to five review excerpts from Google Maps Platform. Google then receives the ordinary browser and network information needed to answer that request. Review authors' public names, profile images, dates and text are displayed as Google supplies them and link back to Google Maps.
The website may keep only Google's branch Place ID in local browser storage so it can request the correct office efficiently on a later visit. It does not store Google review text, reviewer profiles, ratings or review counts in browser storage, and the Place ID does not identify the visitor. This use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
The optional insurance cash planner
The planner can read documents that you voluntarily select, such as a declarations page, policy endorsement, claim estimate or settlement letter. The files are processed in memory for the current analysis. The application is designed not to intentionally write the raw uploaded files to Perkins' contact-form database, object storage or browser storage. Removing a file, starting over, reloading the page or closing the page clears the files and on-screen analysis from the planner. Do not rely on the planner as a place to keep your only copy.
Document-conversion and automated artificial-intelligence services are used to turn the selected pages into machine-readable text and organize possible policy, estimate and payment details. That processing may send the files or their contents through service providers that support this website. The Perkins application does not intentionally keep a raw-file copy after the request, but we do not promise that every infrastructure or service provider deletes operational records, temporary copies or backups at the same moment. Their handling is governed by their own systems, contracts and privacy terms.
Insurance documents are sensitive. Before uploading, remove or cover unrelated information that is not needed for roof-planning purposes, especially Social Security numbers, bank-account or payment-card details, passwords, medical information and unrelated claim materials. Upload a document only if you own it or otherwise have authority to share it for this purpose. By selecting a file and asking the planner to analyze it, you direct and consent to this processing.
The planner's results stay in the active browser page unless you deliberately include information from them in an estimate or contact request. In that case, only the information you choose to submit becomes part of that request and is handled like the other form information described below. Perkins does not use a planner upload to submit an insurance claim, contact an insurer or negotiate a claim for you.
The optional coastal checker
The checker sends the address through Perkins' server to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder so it can return an approximate map coordinate. Perkins then sends that coordinate—not the street address—to the U.S. Geological Survey NHDPlus High Resolution map service to estimate the nearest mapped SeaOcean/BayInlet boundary. The source feature class does not determine whether water is salt or brackish and may omit relevant canals, marshes, tributaries or waterbodies. That estimate is calculated for the current request and is not a property survey. Perkins does not save that address or the map points merely because you run a check, and they are not sent to website analytics. If you later choose to carry the result into an estimate request, the address and screening summary become part of the information you deliberately submit to us.
The interactive property view is supplied by Google Maps Platform after you submit an address and enter the measurement step. Google receives the ordinary technical requests needed to render the visible map area, including standard browser and network information such as the requesting IP address. Use of the map is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. The checker does not use browser location services and does not track your movements.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is stored in our database and emailed to our office so a member of the Perkins Roofing Corp. team can follow up with you about your roofing project. If you separately choose one or both optional text-message preferences, we may also use the mobile number you provide for the specific message category or categories you selected. We do not sell or rent this information.
Mobile numbers and text-message consent
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of buying any product or service. The contact form provides separate, unchecked choices for non-marketing service messages and marketing messages. We use a mobile number for each category only when the person providing that number chooses the corresponding option. A recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP and can request help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service or message delivery. All other use-case categories exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with third parties.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure and are accessible to Perkins Roofing Corp. staff for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed to follow up on the request.
When a text-message preference is selected, the submission time, selected message category and disclosure version are retained with the lead. Consent, opt-out and suppression records may be retained longer than ordinary lead details when reasonably needed to document messaging permission and honor a request not to send further messages.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It is cookieless — it does not set tracking cookies, does not use a persistent identifier, and does not follow you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party ad networks, or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
If you choose Allow Google features, the site also loads Google Analytics 4. It measures visits, referral and campaign sources, approximate geography, device and browser categories, pages viewed, scrolling, outbound links, video engagement and actions such as estimate-link, phone, directions, office-finder and successful form-submission events. We keep Google advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals off.
Analytics events do not include the name, email address, phone number, message, property address, ZIP code, uploaded document or document contents that you give Perkins. Google explains how it handles information from sites using its services in its business data notice. You can change your choice at any time with .
Security telemetry
The site may send a browser security-policy violation report when a page attempts to load a resource outside its expected sources. Before a report is written to Cloudflare Workers Logs, the website removes query strings, does not retain script samples or the full browser policy, and keeps only the page path, violated directive, resource origin and path, status and source location needed to investigate the event. These reports do not intentionally contain contact-form entries, insurance-document contents, property addresses or Google Maps API-key query parameters. Cloudflare's sampled operational logs are used only to secure and troubleshoot the site.
Your choices
You are never required to submit the contact form to browse this site or to reach us — you can always call Miami at 305-642-7663, Jupiter at 561-559-7663, or use the secure contact form instead. If you've submitted the form and want your information removed from our records, contact us using any of those methods and we will honor that request.
You do not have to use the insurance cash planner. You can remove a selected file or leave the page before requesting an analysis. After an analysis, use the planner's start-over control or reload or close the page to clear its current-session files and results. A deletion request to Perkins applies to records Perkins controls; it cannot guarantee deletion from an independent provider's operational logs or backups.
