A family-founded company, not a call center
Dean Perkins founded Perkins Roofing Corp. in 1980, and it still carries his name. Crews work out of two offices, Miami and Jupiter, and cover St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe counties. The work varies: tile, metal, shingle and flat roofs on homes, plus condominium, high-rise and commercial jobs, repairs and maintenance. Perkins also takes on building-envelope and construction work.
Perkins has said publicly that work ethic and commitment to its customer promise count for more than years of experience. That promise is to make roofing simpler for the customer and take the headaches out of it.
Perkins states that workers’ compensation covers all of its employees and that it puts worker safety first. Project delivery and safety sit under one leadership role, the Project and Safety Manager. You can meet the leadership team on the team page.

Field, project and office roles

- Office and operations. Answering the phones at each branch, scheduling, permitting and coordination.
