Perkins Roofing Corp. holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1331944. Tim Kanak is the licensed qualifier on that license, the person the state holds responsible for the company’s roofing work. The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation lists it as current and active through August 2028. Check it on the state’s license lookup.

Dean Perkins founded the company in 1980, and it still carries his name. He tells how it started in the founder interview video. Tim Kanak, quoted as Vice President in the company’s 2019 announcements, became President on January 1, 2023. Read more on the About page.
