Sewall’s Point is about as narrow as a residential town gets. With the Indian River Lagoon on one side and the St. Lucie River on the other, very little of it is far from water, and the salt-laden air that comes with that reaches most properties from more than one direction. It affects the metal in it. What does the tree canopy do to a roof?
