Perkins Roofing Corp. offers the highest quality roofing in the Southeast Florida area, including honorable warranties and friendly customer service with polite, honest, and reliable employees. Perkins Roofing has two Florida state licensed roofing contractors in-house, President and owner, Dean Perkins, and Vice President, Tim Kanak.

Dean Perkins established Perkins Roofing in 1980. Dean continues to be the president of Perkins Roofing today and has more than 35 years experience as a roofing contractor. Raised in both Ohio and Kentucky, Dean learned to roof from his grandfather. While attending the Ohio State University as a Pre-Med student, Dean took a summer job one year in Miami with a roofing company. Caught by the entrepreneurial spirit, Dean remained in South Florida and built his own roofing business. Perkins Roofing has been keeping clients dry since 1980!

Perkins Roofing offers a limited warranty certificate upon completion of work for all services, upon request.

Project estimates include all service dates, skilled techs, permitting, supplies and materials, waste service fees, taxes, and insurance.

Perkins Roofing offers a variety of services, primarily associated with, but not limited to residential roofing, commercial roofing, and industrial roofing including weatherproofing of patio terraces, balconies, sun decks, and more.

We are dedicated to serving the greater Southeast Florida area including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, and the Florida Keys.

Insured and Guaranteed

President, Dean Perkins, became a licensed contractor in Miami-Dade County in 1980 and earned his Florida state roofing contractor’s license in 1987. Vice President, Tim Kanak, earned his state roofing contractor’s license in 2019.

Perkins Roofing is fully licensed and insured. Worker’s Compensation is included for all Perkins Roofing employees and the company prioritizes worker safety above all else.
