Closeout should confirm the completed scope, outstanding items, documents, and owner responsibilities. A final invoice does not by itself establish that every project question has been resolved. The meeting should produce a clear record.

What to do next

Review approved changes, completion photographs, maintenance requirements, and remaining punch-list items. Assign owners and dates for unresolved work without inventing completion. Transfer the records to the people who will manage roof access and service after construction.
